WELCOME TO MILAOR NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL!

Almighty God,

We come to you today and give thanks for all our teachers.
Thank you for the way in which they give of themselves each day in the classroom,
Serving and instructing the next generation of this land.
We thank you for them all now.

Father, please fill their hearts with courage now by your mighty Spirit.
Fill them with your strength, so they may rise to every challenge and not grow weary.

Fill them with your wisdom, so that they may be able to make good judgement when guiding and helping others.

Fill them with your peace, so that when stress and anxiety comes it would not overwhelm them.

Fill them with your joy, so that the passion they have for their subject may become a infectious passion that spreads.

We ask all this in the wonderful name of Jesus.

Amen.

(a short prayer for teachers from www.lords-prayer-words.com)

Loving Father, I stand before You in the midst of confusion and complexities of life. My future sometimes seems distant and unknown. Give me, O Lord, the vision to see the path You set before me. Grant me the courage to follow Your way, that through the gifts and talents You have given me, I may bring Your life and Your love to others. I ask this through Jesus, Your Son and my Brother.
Amen

    Home page

    Extension activities

    Research

The E-portfolio includes everything vital in our off-campus teaching that provides opportunity to us, the student teachers to manifest and apply the things and theories we have learned inside the four corners of the classroom to the actual students.

The three months training that we go through at Milaor National High School, which served as our training ground, were all documented and included in this webpage.

We are glad and pleased to show you what we have undergone and experienced in our practice teaching towars growth and improvement as teachers to be in the society.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

We would like to express our gratitude first to our parents, for supporting us morally and financially and making everything possible for us, to our professors, to all the knowledge they imparted and all the help they had offered, to our Critic teachers, Mrs. Gilda J. Cabase, Mrs. Maryan Bato, Mrs. Gemma Pelonio and Mr. Elmer C. Trinidad for being patient and for guiding us throughout the days of our practicum, our friends for persuading us to try harder and to our brothers and sisters for pushing us to work.

A lso to Mrs. Rose Novella, Mrs. Emilita Euste and Mr. Christopher Togño to give us some advice,  for keeping us awake at times that we just wanted to sleep our whole life away.

To our students, for being gracious learners who allowed us to impart knowledge with them.

And above all, to our Almighty God for giving us confidence every time we step infornt of the students, and for the wisdom which we share with our students.

INTRODUCTION

Teaching is not just a profession, it is more that that! Teaching is molding and crafting students lives.  Just like what Dr. Lucas said,” teacher may transform his/her students into a monster or to a productive and better individual in the community. Thus, this profession has a big role at hand that we, the teachers and the future teachers need to realize.

Everything essential as regards with our off-campus, which started on November 24 and ended on February 18 were all included in this webpage of Milaor National high School. The three months training towards professionalism and competencies that we have been through was priceless. Teaching is indeed not an easy task, and for that we are grateful to our Department who guide, help, mold and trained us well.

This webpage, the Milaor National High School includes the experiences and memories that our group gained through our practice teaching journey at the school we are assigned.
